Family & Senior Photography (Simple, Fast & $250)
Living in Prairie View, you are part of a community with deep history and Panther pride. But when it comes to professional photography, your local options are often limited. You shouldn’t have to fight traffic into downtown Houston or settle for a quick snapshot on campus to get high-quality portraits.
At Bri Sullivan Photography, I offer a stress-free alternative. I specialize exclusively in outdoor family and senior photography. Thanks to Hwy 290 and the Grand Parkway (99), my premier locations are just a quick, traffic-free drive away.
The “Dad-Friendly” Photography Experience
Let’s be honest: Getting Dad (or your senior son) on board is the hardest part.
I know the drill. You want beautiful photos, but your husband is dreading the idea of a 2-hour session, and he definitely doesn’t want to hear that it costs $1,000+.
I created my business model to be the “Easy Yes” for Prairie View families:
- It’s Fast (30 Minutes): We are done before he gets bored. It’s shorter than a drive to Buc-ee’s. We move fast, we have fun, and we get you back to your weekend.
- It’s Affordable ($250 Total): There is a massive psychological difference between spending $250 and spending $800+. My flat rate is easy to justify. It fits the family budget without an argument.
- No Hidden Fees: Many photographers charge a “sitting fee” just to book, and then charge you again for the digital files. With me, it is one price ($250), and you get everything.

What I Photograph for Prairie View Clients
1. “Pain-Free” Family Photography
- The Vibe: No stiff, awkward posing. We meet at Old Town Spring (easy access via 99) or W.G. Jones State Forest where the kids can run and the smiles are genuine.
- The Result: Bright, natural images that look like your family, not a stiff portrait.
2. Senior Photography (High School & College)
I specialize in affordable, relaxed senior portraits for students who want to avoid the “stiff studio” look.
- PVAMU Grads (Panthers): You’ve earned that degree! Whether you want to wear your cap and gown or just a nice outfit, we can capture your achievement without the campus crowds.
- High School Seniors: Serving students from Waller High, Hempstead High, and surrounding areas.
- Ag & Culture: If you have an FFA jacket, a buckle, or an instrument, bring it. If it’s part of who you are, it belongs in your photos.
My 3 Exclusive Locations (Worth the Drive)
To ensure consistent quality and avoid the crowds, I photograph exclusively at three carefully selected locations.
- Old Town Spring: Just take 290 to 99 East. It offers rustic wooden porches, vintage storefronts, and massive oak trees—perfect for that timeless Texas look.
- W.G. Jones State Forest: Located off FM 1488. The ultimate “nature” spot with towering pines and golden hour light.
- Downtown Conroe: Perfect for an urban look. We use the historic brick alleys and textured walls for a modern, city-chic vibe.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you shoot on the PVAMU campus?
No. While the campus is beautiful, it can be crowded and requires specific permissions. To maintain my $250 flat rate, I shoot exclusively at my three designated locations where I can guarantee professional light and variety.
Q: Do you photograph weddings or events?
I do not. I specialize 100% in portraits—specifically families and high school/college seniors. By focusing on just these two things, I can keep my turnaround times fast and my pricing affordable.
Q: What happens if it rains on our session day?
Texas weather is unpredictable! If it rains, we will simply reschedule to the next available date that works for you. There is no fee to reschedule due to weather.
