Family & Senior Photography (Simple, Fast & $250)
Living in Cleveland or Tarkington, you are used to wide-open spaces and a slower pace of life. But when it comes to professional photography, your local options are often limited to the same few spots (like Stancil Park) or friends with cameras. You shouldn’t have to drive all the way into downtown Houston or pay “big city” prices to get high-quality portraits.
At Bri Sullivan Photography, I offer a stress-free alternative. I specialize exclusively in outdoor family and high school senior photography. Thanks to Hwy 105 and Hwy 59/99, my premier locations are just a short, easy drive away.

About Bri Sullivan: Your Cleveland Area “Easy Yes” Photographer
I’m Bri—an Army Mom, a wife to my best friend, Mike, and a photographer who believes your family’s story deserves to be preserved authentically, not just posed. My son, Hayden, is my whole world, and watching him grow is what fuels my obsession with freezing time for other Cleveland and Tarkington moms who feel like life is moving just a little too fast.
My approach is simple: I specialize 100% in outdoor portraits for families and high school seniors. By focusing exclusively on these milestones, I can keep my process fast (done in about 30 minutes!), my quality high, and my pricing a completely transparent $250 flat rate.
The “Dad-Friendly” Photography Experience
Let’s be honest: Getting Dad (or your senior son) on board is the hardest part.
Trust me, I know the drill. I’m a wife and a mom—I have lived through the ‘senior boy photo drama’ myself! You want beautiful photos to hang on the wall, but your husband is dreading the idea of a 2-hour session, and he definitely doesn’t want to hear that it costs $1,000+.
I created my business model to be the “Easy Yes” for Cleveland families:
- It’s Fast (30 Minutes): We are done before he gets bored. It’s shorter than a trip to H-E-B. We move fast, we have fun, and we get you back to your weekend.
- It’s Affordable ($250 Total): There is a massive psychological difference between spending $250 and spending $800+. My flat rate is easy to justify. It fits the family budget without an argument.
- No Hidden Fees: Many photographers charge a “sitting fee” just to book, and then charge you again for the digital files. With me, it is one price ($250), and you get everything.

What I Photograph for Cleveland & Tarkington Clients
1. “Pain-Free” Family Photography
- The Vibe: No stiff, awkward posing. We meet at W.G. Jones State Forest (easy access via Hwy 105) or Old Town Spring where the kids can run and the smiles are genuine.
- The Result: Bright, natural images that look like your family, not a stiff portrait.
2. High School Senior Pictures
I specialize in affordable, relaxed senior portraits for students who want to avoid the “stiff studio” look.
- Cleveland High School (Indians): Show your Red & White pride!
- Tarkington High School (Longhorns): Whether you are bringing your letterman or your FFA gear, we capture that maroon pride authentically.
- Ag & FFA: This area has deep agricultural roots. Bring your buckle, your hat, or your jacket. If it’s part of who you are, it belongs in your photos.
My 4 Exclusive Locations (Worth the Short Drive)
To ensure consistent quality and avoid the mud and inconsistent lighting of local spots, I photograph exclusively at three carefully selected locations.
- W.G. Jones State Forest: Located off FM 1488 (easy access via Hwy 105 through Conroe). The ultimate “nature” spot with towering pines and golden hour light—much cleaner and more manicured than the local woods.
- Downtown Conroe: Perfect for an urban look. Just a quick drive west on 105. We use the historic brick alleys and textured walls for a modern, city-chic vibe.
- Old Town Spring: A straight shot down 59 to 99. It offers rustic wooden porches, vintage storefronts, and massive oak trees.
- The Woodlands Waterway: The perfect blend of scenic water views and modern architecture. With its stone bridges, tiered stairs, and lush pathways, it offers a sophisticated, high-end backdrop for families and seniors.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Do you shoot at Stancil Park?
- No. While Stancil Park is great for the rodeo, it doesn’t always offer the best lighting or backgrounds for professional portraits. To maintain my $250 flat rate, I shoot exclusively at my three designated locations where I can guarantee professional results.
Q: Do you photograph weddings or events?
- I do not. I specialize 100% in portraits—specifically families and high school seniors. By focusing on just these two things, I can keep my turnaround times fast and my pricing affordable.
Q: What happens if it rains on our session day?
- Texas weather is unpredictable! If it rains, we will simply reschedule to the next available date that works for you. There is no fee to reschedule due to weather.
Q: I’ve never done a 30-minute photo session before. Is “fast” really the same as professional quality?
- It is a common misconception that a longer session equals better photos. In reality, the best portrait sessions are defined by connection and expertise, not just time. When you book a session with me, you aren’t paying for “rushed” photography; you are benefiting from over 15 years of full-time professional experience. My signature workflow is the result of years of perfecting how to read light, direct subjects, and capture genuine emotion quickly. Here is why my 30-minute, “dad-friendly” approach actually results in better images:
- The “Exhaustion” Factor: Kids (and adults!) have a limited window for being “camera-ready.” By keeping the session efficient, we capture everyone at their absolute best—before fatigue, boredom, or frustration sets in.
- Expert Direction: Because I have spent a decade and a half behind the lens, I don’t spend time “experimenting” with poses or lighting. I arrive with a plan, I know how to get the shot, and I move with purpose.
- Tested Methodology: My approach is so effective that I don’t just use it for my own clients—I teach this signature workflow to other professional photographers across the nation. When you hire me, you are working with an expert who has literally written the book on how to balance high-end art with a streamlined, stress-free experience.
- The result? A gallery filled with authentic, high-quality portraits, delivered without the “chore” of a drawn-out, stressful afternoon. You get the professional-grade artwork you want, and your family gets to move on with their day—smiling the whole time.
